LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS GRADUATES AS BEST GRADUATING FEMALE STUDENT AT THE NIGERIA’S CALL TO BAR CEREMONY

Lagos State University student (LASU) graduates as the Best Female Graduating student and the Second Overall Best Graduating Female Student at the Nigerian Law School’s Call to Bar ceremony held on the 10th of July, 2025.

Lawal Maryam Abiodun, outshines 7,134 called students, becoming the Best Female Graduating student and the Second Overall Best Graduating student.

Representing the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji Bello, was Professor Kareem Olatoye, The Deen of The Faculty of Law. He commended Maryam for being a true ambassador of the faculty and the institution at large. He also urged potential and present law students to emulate the excellence of Maryam.

The Vice-Chancellor also commended her in a congratulatory message on her outstanding performance.

Maryam’s excellence shows the efforts of the institution in nurturing and breeding outstanding products, who stand as ambassador of the institution.
